<p><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-115" title="Bamboo as an Alternative Material" src="http://woodstory.pl/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/bamboo_2_2_asus-300x207.jpg" alt="Bamboo as an Alternative Material" width="300" height="207" /></p>
<p>Does it make sense?  Definitely. This is for all those who like the feel of wood.</p>
<p><a href="http://usa.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=5&amp;l2=159&amp;l3=890&amp;l4=0&amp;model=2696&amp;modelmenu=1">ASUS </a>says, &#8220;With every touch, users will be able to feel the difference – the bamboo gives an instant sense of familiarity, just like the sensation one would get from running one’s fingertips across furniture.&#8221;</p>
<p>And finally, I think it is more healthy. I&#8217;m still not sure about touching synthetic keyboards, touchpads and mouses all the time. The only thing I wonder about is; why isn&#8217;t the keybord made of wood?</p>
